By accessing and using COROCHTI’s applications and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our application.

COROCHTI reserves the right to temporarily suspend, revoke, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or our Privacy Policy.

All content, designs, features, source codes, images, icons, and trademarks within the application are the lawful property of COROCHTI and are protected under the Law on Intellectual Property of Vietnam and related regulations.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reusing, or exploiting any content owned by COROCHTI without our prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Links
Our application may contain links to websites or services provided by third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that COROCHTI has no control over, and bears no responsibility or legal liability (direct or indirect) for, any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by the use of or reliance on any content or service available through such third-party websites or platforms.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, accessing, and engaging with any third-party sites.
5. Termination of Service
COROCHTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms;
- You engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities; or
- We are required to do so by a competent governmental authority.
Clauses relating to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall remain in effect even after termination.

While COROCHTI makes every effort to maintain stable and secure services, we do not guarantee that our applications will always meet user expectations.
Except as otherwise provided herein, COROCHTI makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding service stability, data security, or accuracy of content accessed during use.
In no event shall COROCHTI be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or other consequences resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
